We try as much as possible to deliver our products to our costumers by ourselves. For every individual order this will be decided. If it's absolutely necessary we will use 3rd parties to do this. In this case the delivery process will be as following: For each individual order we will decide which courier to use. This choice also depends on your specific needs. For instance, if you want to receive the order within 24 hours, Food Valley Import will contact an express courier. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are variable and depend on a number of different factors such as distance, weight of the order, size and urgency. The shipping fees are specified in the offer sent by Food Valley Import. In case you have any special requests regarding delivery, please contact us. Shipping Information After the order is dispatched, Food Valley Import sends you an e-mail with the track & trace number of your order.This allows you to check online the status of the shipment. and we will send you all the necessary information about your shipment. Delivery Time Deliveries within the Netherlands are generally made within 7 days after we received the confirmation of the payment. Deliveries are never made on Sundays and public holidays. If Food Valley Import receives the confirmation of payment on Thursday or Friday, the order will be dispatched on Monday to avoid that the products are being stored in the warehouse of the courier during the weekend. Delivery Orders are delivered to the adress that is specified at the moment you fill in the "Offer without obligation" form. If, at the moment of the delivery, there is nobody present at the given adress the courier will leave a message and come back the day after without any extra cost. If the order again cannot be delivered, it depends on the courier what happens next. In general, after three to four days the courier starts the return procedure and will send back the order to Food Valley Import. Any extra shipping costs involved are charged to the customer. To avoid this, it's always advisable to specify a reachable telephone number on the "Offer without obligation" form so that we or the courier can contact you. Receiving the order While receiving the order, check always thoroughly for any (transport) damage. If the order has any damages or is damaged in a way that the quality of the products is no longer acceptable, you can refuse the order. The order will be returned to Food Valley Import and we will contact you to agree upon the appropriate solution for the inconvenience you had. Return If for whatever reason you are not satisfied about the product and you want to send it back, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can start the return procedure.
